Join us on culinary journey inspired by the story of Titanic and the Edwardian period to celebrate Northern Ireland’s rich culinary heritage, local traders and finest produce - blending food, drink and storytelling in an immersive series of events.
From free talks and tastings to family trails and themed food specials, Flavours of Titanic will showcase the richness of the local food culture while connecting it to the ship’s famous story.
Guests can also explore a special pop-up exhibition showcasing original menus, cargo and culinary contrasts.
What to expect...
Every week will have a different theme including ‘First Class Flavours’, ‘Clangers and Craft’ and ‘Port to Plate’. Guests can look forward to live demonstrations and tasting sessions that shine a spotlight on our wide range of local suppliers, with everything from Belfast shipyard lunches and traditional Irish fayre to regional beverages and gourmet creations.

Titanic By The Glass
Following the huge success of its launch last year, Titanic by the Glass will return on Saturday 11th and Friday 17th October. Featuring bespoke cocktails crafted by The Spirit Circle, Titanic by the Glass will take guests on a guided immersive journey through part of the Titanic Experience, where they will hear about stories of Belfast, its people, its past and its drinks served with four accompanying alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails.
